Kathmandu: There have been reports that Tunisha Sharma had a conversation with another man Ali she met on a dating app. However, Sheezan Khan’s lawyer has stated that all statements were made in court and that nothing has been discussed in public.
Reports of Tunisha Sharma speaking to another man she met on a dating app have been doing the rounds. Prime accused Sheezan Khan’s lawyer clarified that all statements were presented in court and nothing has been spoken about it in public domain.
Sheezan Khan, who is currently in judicial custody, had his hearing yesterday (January 9) and his lawyer Shailendra Mishra said, “We have not given any statement. The matter was argued in court. We told their lawyer that ‘she’ is no more and we should move an application jointly to keep the media out of it. But they refused. I also made a submission to the court but they also didn’t bother. I have not given any media statement.”
He further said, “I have not made any revelation in the public domain. I won’t badmouth a kid, who is no more, hence sought media out, which as a prudent man they should have agreed.”
For the unversed, in the recent hearing recent in Tunisha Sharma’s suicide case, reportedly lawyer Shailendra claimed that the deceased was on a video call with a man, she met on a dating app, for 15 minutes. According to ETimes TV’s conversation with Shailendra, he argued this matter in the court and this was not a part of any public statement.
TV actor Tunisha Sharma was in contact with a man on a dating app and was with him between December 21 and 23, just before her death, lawyers of her co-star Sheezan Khan told the Vasai court on Monday.
